The Pacific Ocean could not release us without first revealing its new "autumn" collection of southern storms!!! And so for 48 hours will have the chance to admire brand new squalls, rather vicious ones, a rough sea state, though not overly long and featuring some delicate breaking waves, a steady breeze of 35 knots and a particularly pale shade of 2011 light. Some may not be so keen (us for example) on the chaotic cross-seas as they are not conducive to speeding, but apparently there have been lots of accidents in previous years, so we are adjusting accordingly... (well, whether there is an improvement is debatable, but we will take stock at the end of the year!!). At the end of the show, in less than 36 hours, I believe, we are invited to a tasting of Languedoc wine at the foot of Cape Horn!! There we hope to find some Spanish lozenges (Renault logo), Norwegian creams, Swiss bankers and Iberian beer. Kito Groupe Bel.
